Catch a falling star

I managed to go and see Stardust at the cinema recently. It was a really lovely film, very enjoyable.

If you haven’t seen it, then you’re missing out. In brief the story follows a young man on his quest to win the heart of a girl by retrieving a fallen star from a magical realm. He was rather surprised when he finds out the star is a young woman though! He still intends to take her back to his hometown though, to present to his girl on her birthday. This involves a number of adventures and dangers, and a large number of famous faces pop up where you don’t expect them. While he is away he matures and realises what really matters to him. It has a fairly basic plot, but is a very entertaining, feel-good, story.
