Sorry to keep dragging on about drugs and drug addiction but i’ve seen and heard a lot about them in the past few days.
A few old mates from when I was at school started using drugs about 2 years ago, just after we left school and ever since then have become addicted to them.
I don’t exactly know the ins and outs of their problem, all I know is they were doing drugs and have now been admitted to a drug rehab clinic. These drug rehabs are supposed to get drug addicts off drugs and back on to the straight and narrow. A lot of people get off drugs by going to these drug rehabs but some seem to have got off drugs but a few months later are back dealing drugs and taking them.
Drugs are a major problem in todays society and this problem needs sorting fast. For now though these drug rehab centers are a great inniative.

Just a quick post today, i’ve been ill over the weekend and missed the chance to go support my local football team Grimsby Town when they were playing at Morecambe on Saturday. I’m a big Grimsby Town fan and travel all over England, home and away to watch them.
I had booked me and mate on the supporters coach to go see it and then I came in on Friday after a night out and started feeling all cold so got straight to bed. I woke up during the night feeling hot and cold, realising I had flu I text my mate and let him know I wouldn’t be going to the game because of flu. He text me back and called me a puff and to get there and suffer.
Woke up Saturday morning and couldn’t get out of bed as I was aching and feeling really lousy. To make matters worse i’d only just got over the same sort of illness a couple of weeks before.
My weekend was completely ruined and i’m still not completely over the flu. A common name for the illness I had is ‘man flu’. Everyone man I know calls it that, sort of make it different to the normal, girly flu that goes around, makes us men look hard and like we can take the pain. I obviously couldn’t though 
Ah well…Hope the rest of you had a good weekend?

I was shocked to come across this article discussing the latest gun fashion in America - pink guns for girls! Personally I think they should be discouraging gun ownership, not actively promoting more guns on the streets - especially not as a fashion accessory!
