Enjoy life with a hug every day

We are always being told what we need to do to enjoy a healthier, longer life - such as eating 5 portions of fresh fruit or vegetables every day or exercising 3 times a week - research also suggests that a hug a day is beneficial to our health & well-being.
A hug can make us feel better as it helps release oxytocin - the ‘feel good’ hormone. So I’m all up for including a hug a day in my healthier, happier lifestyle! However, which hug to use? I found this article which goes into some of the more common hugs we use regularly. Why not hug someone today - it is after all beneficial to your health :o)
