I love food but unfortunately food doesn’t seem to love me! I’d been fighting against my increasing size for years, but then I found a way to get control back again - I joined WeightWatchers!

WeightWatchers has a great programme, nothing is forbidden - which works great for me, as soon as I’m told NO that’s all I want! Using the points system is an easy way to get an understanding of how good or bad any food is in terms of calories & saturated fat, and it’s also very simple to work out how many points you should be on a day whether you want to lose weight or maintain.

Following the programme means you’re not replacing any meals, you just learn to make healthier choices, and gain a better understanding of just what you’re eating. It obviously still takes effort & will power but using the WeightWatchers programme makes it much more likely the weight will stay off and you’ll pick up healthier lifestyle habits that will stay with you for the rest of your life.
