Location, location, location

There are a lot of people looking to buy a house currently, and one of the major factors in the price you’ll need to pay is the location. However, even with prime location I was still surprised to hear about a ¬£280,000 price tag on a 1 bedroom beach chalet!
I thought buying a house in Winchester was expensive, but that really doesn’t compare to the price of the chalet in Dorset! The price tag is apparently justified due to the stunning views, and the location so close to the sea. Personally I’d be a bit worried about flooding with the current climate changes. However, the chalet is built out of wood - so if it doesn’t rot away you’ve got hopes it’ll float!
